"Behind Those Eyes" written by Author Tushar Chatterji

Not just a book but a heartfelt tribute to dogs  As I read this book I  felt I was like listening to a collection of heartfelt memories told from an unusual but powerful perspective. What impressed me most was how the Tushar Chatterji used different canine voices to explore universal themes like trust, resilience, and connection. I liked that each story had its own atmosphere and emotional tone, which kept the book engaging throughout. At times the narratives felt reflective and calm, while at other moments they carried a gentle sense of longing. The writing style is simple but expressive, allowing the emotions to come through naturally. As someone who enjoys stories about human–animal bonds, I found this collection particularly meaningful. By the end, I felt that the book quietly celebrates the loyalty and wisdom that dogs bring into our lives every day. Will definitely recommend it.

"Between the Lines and Laughs" written by Author Geetika Singh and Ashwini Sirsikar

Review Title: A very good narrative of changing landscapes This book functions as both a collective memoir of sorts and a social document. I was struck by how clearly it maps technological shifts onto personal evolution. The characters are shaped by tools as much as by temperament. The authors trace that interplay with impressive clarity. Certain scenes crackle with professional rivalry and quiet pride. Others expose vulnerability rarely admitted in workplace narratives. I appreciated the refusal to present expertise as effortless. Mastery appears here as something assembled through trial, embarrassment, and stubborn persistence. That honesty gave the book weight. It reads less like celebration and more like testimony. I finished with renewed respect for occupations built on sustained attention. Go for it.

Echoes of Loss and Longing Through Verses: A Look into Whispers of the Blue Ghost by Pratikshya Panda

Image
In Whispers of the Blue Ghost, Pratikshya Panda invites readers to step quietly into a landscape shaped by memory, longing, and the ever-shifting contours of loss. This evocative poetry collection is not a loud lamentation of grief, but rather a soft, persistent whisper—an intimate exploration of what it means to hold on to the past while learning to let go. At the heart of each poem in this book lies a delicate balance between simplicity and emotional depth. Pratikshya’s poems do not overwhelm with complex language or abstract metaphors. Instead, they whisper truths with a gentleness that lingers long after the final poem has been read. There’s an amount of restraint that allows each image—whether it be water, bone, star, or shadow—to resonate deeply, creating an atmosphere where the reader can feel both grounded and suspended, real and dreamlike. The recurring imagery of nature in Whispers of the Blue Ghost—especially water—serves as a powerful metaphor for grief and memory. Like the...

"The Heartbreak of Time Travel" written by Author Susan Wingate

A Beautifully Crafted Emotional Journey Some stories grip your imagination; others touch your soul. The Heartbreak of Time Travel does both with incredible grace. It’s a story about love and loss, yes, but also about hope and the lengths we go to for the people we love. I was immediately drawn to the protagonist’s resilience. Despite the immense challenges she faces, there’s an underlying strength and determination that’s truly inspiring. The time-travel element isn’t just a plot device—it’s a window into the complexities of her emotions. The author’s writing is both lyrical and grounded, striking a perfect balance between emotional weight and readability. Each chapter pulled me further into the narrative, making it nearly impossible to put the book down. This is a must-read for anyone who appreciates stories that are as heartfelt as they are thought-provoking. It’s a book I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

"Delhi Wali Girlfriend" written by Samardeep Singh

"Delhi Wali Girlfriend" by Samardeep Singh is a refreshing dive into the youthful and chaotic world of hostel life, where love, friendship, and rivalry weave an irresistibly entertaining narrative. Set against the backdrop of Delhi’s Ramabai Girls Hostel and Gangaram Boys Hostel, the story follows the endearing yet often hilarious clash between these two contrasting spaces. Deepak and Chakor’s romance, surrounded by spirited pranks and heartfelt connections among the hostel residents, brings out the charm of first love in a city that never slows down. The novel’s true strength lies in its cast of characters, each one vibrant and uniquely crafted. Mantu, the clever and loyal friend, is a standout. He’s the heart of the story, with his knack for pulling everyone together, especially as he helps bridge the gap between the hostels. The friendship dynamics here are both funny and touching, capturing that unspoken bond between friends who would go to any length for each other. The...
